The partnership met for the Kick-Off meeting in Athens between the 23rd and 24th of January 2023. This project of Mobilising Youth and Youth Service Talent through Immersive Co-design will consist of designing training courses and organising events for youth workers, and volunteers along with youth with fewer opportunities to co-design workshops and Co-Labs for future Community Leaders! This project will run for 2 years.

Agenda
The agenda for this kick off meeting departs from the standard format. Its main objective is to use ‘design thinking’ techniques to support the consortium to co-create its shared vision for the project, and an implementation plan to deliver that vision. Day 1 – ‘Thinking out of the Box’ - will therefore take the form of an extended ‘structured co-creation workshop’ involving all partners in collaborative work to map out the project vision. Day 2 ‘Back in the Box’ – will apply the vision within the framework of MYSTIC’s work package structure.
All partners are expected to do some preparatory work so as to enable everyone to make a contribution to both days of the meeting.
